remote locking problem

booked my car in due to a remote locking failure. after receiving my car back discovered that an ongoing radio fault had been rectified as well as my locking fault. fantastic service, excellent prices i take my car nowhere else apart from here. thanks By: phil brown

BMW Repair – satisfied customer..

I had a 'low engine oil pressure' warning light on my 320i. I took them to a franchised dealer who couldnt find the fault after working on it for an hour or so. They said I had to authorise further investigations at a ridiculous hourly rate werent sure how many hours they will need. I took the car out from them to Graham Martin who found the fault within an hour and did the repairs promptly. They also dealt with the warranty chaps leaving my mind to rest. Yvette at reception was very helpful and kept me posted on the developments.I am happy with the service and the price and hence I will definitely return to them if I need any more work on my BMW. Bought myself an M6 in Feb after previously owning a 7 series that Graham Martin had looked after the last couple of years. Had a few problems on the car when I first got it and all were sorted quickly and professionally at a fraction of main dealer cost. Very friendly and knowledgable staff and great new facilities. Had my E90 in for an oil and brake fluid service last week. Efficient and friendly service, recommended a couple of other jobs that I was already aware needed sorting, which was reassuring. New F56 Mini

Heard a few horror stories about engine troubles afflicting new F56 Minis so had my oil and filter changed at 2000 miles. Asked Graham to drop oil into clean container as I would like to inspect the oil if anything amiss. Grahams guys also checked old oil with magnetic stick to make sure. Totally clean oil.....peace of mind for £79......about half the price of Mini dealer. (Mini Cooper, petrol) Thoroughly recommended! Good luck with your move to bigger premises By: Stephen Mckay

fantastic, friendly service!

I had my BMW E87 booked in for an Alpine Retrofit, a brake service, a clutch/gearbox inspection and a check on the Thermostat. Yvette was fantastic throughout and very friendly! She kept me up to date with the work being carried out and the communication was prompt. Luckily no problems were found on the thermostat and gearbox showing the honesty of this garage. The Alpine retrofit was professionally installed and I am very happy with the results. Many thanks for a fantastic and professional service.
