Failed Injectors

I found Graham Martin to be convenient and cost effective for servicing my 318I Touring. However when my Fuel Injectors failed Graham Martin sorted them rapidly and I had the Car back the next day. Refreshingly pleasant

I'd recently been to another independent BMW Mini specialist to have my recently purchased used mini serviced. When the mini displayed an engine management warning light, I decided to give Graham Martin a try. I'm glad I did. The reception staff were helpful, knowledgable, and kept me updated. From diagnostics through to the fitting of a new catalytic converter they provided an excellent service. I'd definitely use again :) By: William Mesham

Very good but for one very small issue

I cannot fault the expertise, the helpfulness or the quality of the work at a much better price than a main dealer. My only issue is the 2% surcharge for credit card payments - irrespective of the what credit card companies charge for you to use their payment system it should not be the customer who should foot the bill. Had been having issues with my 3 series for about a month, took it to an other garage that could only say "computer says nowt". Took it to Graham Martin who not only diagnosed the issues, had the car fixed and up and running in no time. By: Peter Garcia

BMW M6 e63 V10

Graham and the team undertook work recently on my M6 which I have been extremely happy with - the car is fabulous now and sounds out of this world - like a real world mid 2000's F1 car. Saved Again!!

Both my sons own BMW's a 1 Series 118D and a 3 series 320D both have had work carried out by Graham Martin to excellent standards in the past and far far cheaper than the main dealers. I think thats a given taking into account all previous posts. Its the quality of the service from start to finish that realy shines out, from the friendliest of greatings from Yvette on reception to all the technicians. I recently had a realy bad experience with the 1 series rear wheel bearing, Graham couldnt fit me in and my son was going on holiday the next day, I unfortunatley took it to another local garage who claimed on thier website to be a BMW 'Specialist', three days later the car was returned (my son had to borrow my car to go on holiday), after two days the rear wishbone bolt dropped out with near catastophic effect.. Graham Martin inspected the car and diagnosed the problem even taking photgraphs of the stripped out bolthole and the incorrectly fitted wishbone arm, needless to say the car was returned for them to fix, but I would just like to thank Graham and his team for thier help and support in dealing with the incompetent garage who at fist claimed no responsibility. I took my mini cooper s after it had been to most of the main dealers in the area problem not diagnosed took to Graham Martin courtesy car provided problem diagnosed email sent with photos and price before work carried out very reasonable price quick service explanation and advice on collection will definitely be going back great courteous service from everyone don't waste time going to main dealer I wish I had heard about Graham Martin 1st !!
